Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Harvey

hotel was run by one person who checked you in, cook food and managed the bar. I hope she is well paid for the good job she did. The hotel is a bit dated and needs an upgrade.

Breakfast area not maintained during hours - out of utensils, out of peanut butter, out of hot choc. packs, out of bananas. Garbage was overflowing. Person at desk area unavailable. Room walls had minor damage, towels are frayed and should be replaced. Manger's voice is so loud, everyone can hear her during breakfast. No elevator for 2nd floor. Clock in room is not set properly and cannot be adjusted. Walls were spot painted. Room had broken sheetrock bead. TV was not functioning until staff member came up to enter a "Code." Shower control leaks out the side, so does sink faucet. Bed was comfortable and sheets were fine.

Said breakfast was at 6 am and I was down there at 6:15 and they said it wouldn’t be ready till 7. Since I work at 7 I had to skip breakfast

The room says accessible, however the bathroom was not handicap! I ended up buying a shower chair and suction grab bars so my wife could use the shower. Ended up costing me 125 dollars!! The outside was full of weeds and the garbage was over flowing! I feel that the hotel should reimburse me the money! We ended up leaving a day early. I will not stay at this place unless the management gets there act together 😤

It was in a good location because of the east access into Harvey and areas to go walking and it was quiet. Staff brought their personal pets to work. Some items were not available at the breakfast. The breakfast area was unclean. The food was cool/lukewarm.

Rooms could be much cleaner than they were. Coffee was horrible. Towels were not white.

The breakfast was okay. Got a handicap room like I requested. The cleanliness wasn't very good there was cob webs in the rooms and broken curtains

Plenty of parking. Breakfast offering modest.

Location, had nice lounge, very clean

Only odd thing that happened was the staff knocking on our door at 10:30am asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything.

Robin was very accommodating & helpful for special needs in our stay. We appreciated that so much. The hotel was clean & quiet with plenty of parking and a decent breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay.

Bed was absolutely soft and comfortable, able to get a good sleep every night.

The room was nice and exceeded my expectations. The closer for the rear entrance needs to be repaired. It didn't work and the door slams shut and woke me up multiple times each night. The lock on the rear entrance door didn't work either which did not provide for a secure environment. The rear stairway was filthy and needed to be vacuumed. I didn't receive any housekeeping on the second day of my stay. Breakfast is served 6-9 am and by 7 am it was all gone.

Could definitely be cleaner. There was a pill on the bathroom counter & areas of the floor had a lot of dirt & gravel.

Check in wasn't very pleasant. We were on a time schedule as we were dressing up like Mr. & Mrs. Claus for the nursing home and needed a place to change. They wanted to charge us $25 extra to check in an hour early. Service employees seemed alittle frigid with their tone of voice when we enquired about why the charge. Breakfast the next morning was cold french toast sticks and cold sausage links.. We have stayed at this location many times before and never an issue. Even checking in early before with no extra charge. Frigidness may have been cause by the cold temps outside.

Room was semi clean.

Good place to stay. Facilities were clean and personnel were friendly and helpful
