The open air baths Pillows weren’t the most comfortable. The toiletry bags replenished everyday was a bit of an overkill.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Very wide selection of food. My reservation was on a high floor. But when I checked in, I was on the lowest floor, with barely a view. When I inquired about it, I was just told no, there were no rooms available on higher floors, even though I checked in right at check-in time.

The staff member Ogi was extremely helpful, and a real asset to the hotel.

Open air bath. Ocean view. Sound-proof rooms (kid-noise/family friendly room) Booking stated “high floor” when I reserved a room, but it was only floor 2 (misleading). At the very end we were charged a separate “bath tax” for using the hotel…misleading again, should be either stated in description or included in fee. They did not provide kids amenities like most hotels in Japan.

The resort was really nice and staff very helpful. We booked deluxe suite for 2 nights and I would happily come back again any time I'm around. It looked amazing, very modern and clean, view from the terrace was so beautiful and the bath outside was incredible! We loved our stay, I would definitely recommend this place!

View from the room, professional staff, food they provided were really exceptional. Hot springs are also great. I loved the whole service. Nothing I can consider so far.

The location of the hotel entrance is dangerously located by the slope of a hill and it was inconvenient for unloading of luggage, especially on a rainy day

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious! The openair onsen was so wonder and the view was magical. Perfect for a day trip to Miyajima island. The property wasn’t in the most convenient location. The floor we were in was directly under the hotel’s onsen, which was very loud as the water could be heard reticulating from 5am to 1am, and when it switched back on it sound like a jet engine.

the hotel is not too close to the ferry pier departing to the shrine. I have put forward some requests to the hotel but none of them are answered irrespective to my emails sent repeatably. I worry that the hotel is not functioning (My friend has encountered such problem when making reservation through the Booking.com). Therefore I contact the Booking.com platform's customer service. I was so disappointed that my messages are only responded for the initial twice but not the followings by the customer service. So I arrive at the hotel earlier than planned, and get prepare to find another hotel just in case of its closure. Out of my expectation, the hotel is still functioning!! I enquired why the hotel ignore my requests, the staff in the front office simply explained there are communication problem with Booking.com. It is so so ridiculous.

Breakfast was ok. My car broke down and the reception could not really help me. At first, I thought it was language barrier but when they directed me to the military base, I was offended and had to call my son to drive to the hotel to help us. All we needed was a tow truck to take my car to a nearby mechanic.

Room size, pool and jacuzzi, roof top with panorama view, onsen with amazing view, hot tub on room’s balcony (we had the superior sea view ). Didn’t take the dinner included package … too expensive for what is offered (buffet). Went to eat dinner at another onsen facility down the street Benimansaku. (Walking distance 5~8min) Excellent price/ value with the local onigiri Sanzoku Musubi and chicken. Staff organisation at reception, checkin can become crowded. There is a 150yen onsen tax per person (adult) that wasn’t specified on booking.com price detail, nor upon checking in. Quite insignificant but I don’t like surprises. Only a sign (in Japanese) at the reception. Booking.com should specify it however.

I loved how spacious the room was and all the amenities. Very clean and planing to return as soon as I get the chance! Beautiful view and balcony. The only reason this stay was not a 10/10 for me was because some amenities were off limits (pool). I was never made aware prior to purchasing or when the staff told us to leave the area. The pool was outside the dinning area calling our name so we went for a quick dip to take pics but cut short without any real explanation. Was it because it was too early in the year (April)? If so a disclaimer would’ve been greatly appreciated. It was a very short stay so I can’t confirm all other amenities were available. The onsen was!
