Our room was clean, everything, except the phone, worked and was in good condition. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC worked, water was hot. Great for a2 night stay. I didn't give 5 stars because of what sounded like a party on our floor or above, and ran to at least 3am. The phone being broken was an obstacle to call down and report it. I could have used my phone but it was charging and I was trying to stay in a half sleep state so that I could hopefully go back to sleep. These things wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.

The shower was easy accessible. I prefer it over having to climb in a tub. It wasn’t as nice as I’d hoped. Especially because it’s one of the newer properties in the city.
