The location No blinds for dark you wake up at 6am. Also the front desk lady afternoon is not nice when I ask about laundry belonging that was there for a while.

Breakfast was nice. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very small and closed shortly after our arrival. We chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool. We were very disappointed with that.

I stay in hotels a lot, and this was one of my best all-around experiences! The staff were all friendly and courteous, the room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had great variety, and was delicious. It was a home run, and I look forward to staying there, again!

Loved the breakfast bar! A lot of good food to choose from, and kept replenished constantly. The indoor pool was great, just missed a place for a nightcap. Thankfully, we brought our own drinks just in case. The desk staff were very accommodating and friendly both at check-in and leaving at 5 am. Would definitely stay there again!

When I complained to the front desk, she said it was resolved so what is the problem. She was quite rude. She eventually just hung up on me. I decided to write a letter to her manager. Got no response. I read reviews on the hotel manager. Apparently he has a reputaiton of being rude and discourteous as can be seen on reviews of hotel. He never responded.

Smoking area right in front of the hotel is not ideal, uncomfortable, and my youngest granddaughter noticed younger kids smoking marijuana as if it were a party. Not acceptable, Parking situation not the best, a party bus consumed 6 slots one night - parked sideways, Morning breakfast was ok, for $1,200 paid for 5 nights, accommodation should have been better. Hilton offer more for that price, unfortunately there isn't one nearby in this part of Long Island. 31/2 star rating.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was really clean. Only problem (not that big of a deal tho) is the ac worked but didn’t stay on all the time.

Location is good. We booked for 3 person stay. Though there was a sofa-cum-bed for the 3rd person, but bedding and pillows were not provided. When approached reception, the staff could ONLY provide few bedsheets and there were NO pillows!!.
