Location is fab. staff is generously good. it's safe place. Good veg restaurant near by place. They offer good candle light dinner (chargeable but worth experiencing) Breakfast can be better.

Nothing at all. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. First, the price they charge is nowhere near justified for the facilities provided. The pictures on booking.com are completely misleading—what you see online is nothing like what you get in reality and none of their rooms are sea view although they have men tioned on booking.com so dont fall for that scam.. The room does not have basic facilities and bed sheets were torn and pillows were stinking. Bad to no wifi signal. The room was noisy throughout the night due to the surroundings, making it impossible to get a good sleep. The bathroom was far from clean, with stains and a bad odor. To top it off, the breakfast was horrible—stale food with very limited options and horrible service during breakfast. Overall, this place is a rip-off. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and decent stay.

The D Graded Property ,, they took booking through Booking.com as the prices gone high canceled our booking and sold to others and when we reach at port blair airport denied for our confirmed booking ,, we had a huge bad experiences from this particular hotel and suffered a lot due to it as we reach Havelock island Its the Worst Property for Leisure and comfort ,, Owner ,, idiot manager and Booking Manager NIKHIL is the worst Greedy Guy because when prices hike due to huge demand he cancel guests bookings by its own without any prior notice to guests & my wife is. Foreigner as being we couple give Grade : D for this property to live its useless

Beautiful location on the beach, sadly beach small and littered with little sun in the afternoon (because of sun’s direction) We had two rooms the first of which had a sea view but was next to a smelly pipe outlet. Both adequate but basic beach style shacks.

The location was amazing, we could see the water from our doorstep and the beach was right there. There was extremely loud music played by the resort and the neighbouring resort every evening on the beach. They also covered their beach access with bright neon lights - personally I like dimmer lights and being able to hear the ocean. The in-house restaurant has reasonable but very spicy food.

The adjacent beach to the resort is the best anyone could ask for, food at the resort was excellent too. The staff was prompt and always happy to help.

They cancelled my booking without even informing and I had book a much expensive option at last moment due to this miscommunication.

Amazing location right on the beach. And very close to Dive India where I was diving for the week. The room was quite old fashioned... the shower wasn't great and I didn't have reliably hot water. Overall okay, but could have been better.

The service was terrible. After booking it though booking.com and getting a confirmation online, we were not allotted the room saying that we did not pay for booking in advance. The requirement to pay in advance was not communicated to us at all. Booking.com bookings are handled by an agent and it was apparently his fault that we were not informed about this whole mess. Instead of being apologetic the staff was trying to blame us, agents, etc for the mishap. We had tried to contact the agent few days before but no response from him till this day. Me and my wife suffered as we ended up on Havelock without a room or Hotel and had to go search for a new place altogether. The handling at the front desk was also terrible and the receptionist was an unprofessional sexist who refused to talk to my wife directly and asked her to wait till I arrived afterwards. Very unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK this place from booking.com.

Excellent location beach very nice one Worth the price, we can enjoy the beach from. Hotel no need to travel. Radha nagar beach was crowded. So I prefer lemon tree resort beach
