The property was good ! The reception personell THAT DIDN’T WANT to give me an invoice on my company name ! It seems incredible but they did not want to ! They insisted that booking.com will make me the invoice, that is impossible ! I spoke 5-6 times with them and they were very iritaded of my insistance but they finally gave one to me … rude personell !

Clean Difficult to reach the hotel by car and you have to go to the car park in the basement with lots of bags

Location is amazing and best reason to stay there bc it’s so walkable around the city center. Overall quiet. It felt like a very new hotel, with modern interior design. Comfortable furnishings and decor. Enjoyed the bed, shower, stable air conditioning, sofa with ottoman, storage shelves, huge safe box, as well as beautiful views of the city. Entrances and exits were confusing. We used different ones each day and none of them felt very efficient to reach the outdoor square with shops out front. I know the Hilton brand and that comes with some expectations of standards. So there was some disappointing things that deserve mention. Some broken fixtures in our room conveyed carelessness (it’s a new hotel …). Chairs need sliders on the bottom to remove noise. Carpet edge needs adhesive to hold it down - we tripped over it constantly (safety issue). Room doors would not shut quietly no matter how many ways we tried (peaceful atmosphere for guests). Also cleaning needs attention: there were large clumps of dust stuck on the wall above the bed and other walls. In a new, modern Hilton they can do better to make a good first impression. Also breakfast was an unreasonably priced add-on in our opinion, so we ate Turkish breakfast at local spots for a tiny fraction of the price. TV offered just Turkish programming except for 1 English station (news). As a Hilton hotel they could work on this to welcome more visitors from abroad.

The rooms I want to say something else too- the connection with the hotel by email or via Booking. Com is so bad. Nobody answers your messages via booking.com, the emails in the site of the hotel cannot be delivered. We forgot the medicines for the kid in the fridge, we wrote messages to the hotel, wrote emails- no answer!

Good quality of the hotel facilities, perfect location, parking I had to fight for a free stay in a hotel for a child under the age of 18, which was clearly stated in the booking.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city. Large, very clean rooms and pleasant and helpful staff. Easy walk to everywhere in the city centre. I would absolutely stay here again (just in a non smoking room). We were originally given a smoking room which smelt very bad. I am a smoker but do not smoke inside and I found it very hard to breathe in the room. Staff originally only offered to bring an air purifier up to the room until I insisted that we be changed to a non smoking room.

The Rooms were spacious and clean . Views of the old city from the windows . If you come on car , the only entrance to hotel was from the car park . No Valet parking . Very central location so beware of rush hours if travelling by car

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Balıkesir for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to get ready as a guest. The rooms were spotless, with excellent air conditioning to keep us cool in the summer heat. The staff was incredibly polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. The Turkish breakfast was delicious, with plenty of international options and a great variety of fresh fruit. The hotel’s location near the historic center added to its charm, making it a fantastic choice for both comfort and convenience.
