Nice place with character.

The staff were so helpful and warm, and the breakfast basket on the first morning was a lovely touch.
-
Experience at the hotel for a one night stay was excellent. Little touches that made the visit memorable! Breakfast basket, turn down service with chocolates and just the warm welcome made the stay enjoyable.

Great location

Perfect location with beautiful and incredibly spacious rooms. Winding down in front of fireplace was lovely, and as a chronic insomniac the beds are heaven. The hotel itself is stunning, wish I had more time to spend reading in the lounge. Next time!

The Liora Estate Hotel is gorgeous. Our high end restaurant was just around the corner. The location is right in the middle of things. The valet parking is complimentary and a real convenience. My favorite amenity was the spectacular breakfast delivered to the room in a basket. Everything you need to start the day.

Location is fantastic, right off the main square and near to many great tasting rooms, bars and restaurants. Little Saint, next door, is a neighborhood gem with inventive vegan options, amazing ambiance and fantastic coffees/wines. Hotel was tastefully decorated, rooms are spacious and amenities are spot on - comfy beds, cozy pillows, rockin' robes and the softest sheets. Bathroom was large and had a lovely tub. Common areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated and accessible.

FYI - Liora doesn't see or get the messages left on Expedia's app. They were also not responsive when I contacted them directly ahead of our trip. I received a bounce back each time after sending a separate email twice. They also never responded to a voicemail message. When I called, they seemed unaware of the missed messages. Could've been a new staff or an isolated experience but just be aware.

This is a fabulous hotel in downtown Healdsburg. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are pristine and the welcoming atmosphere is delightful!

The hotel property is in a great location, just off of the square. The rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast basket delivery in the mornings was also very convenient, and the pastries, fruit, hardboiled eggs, yogurt and coffee was just enough to get the day started.

It felt luxurious in every way

Great location. Staff was excellent and attentive. Rooms are nice size with fireplace and huge bathrooms. Well done.

Did not take breakfast in the hotel. N/A Did not understand how to use the remote control to thousands of TV stations. A simple, visual instruction would have been helpful. My husband could not access his favorite sports channels. This ultimately was not an issue, because it was late at night and we were busy having breakfast outside of hotel next day.

Good location, nice size rooms and in clean condition.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. Great location. The restaurant was closed due to renovation. Seemed a tad understaffed.

Very good

Great location, staff, room. All in all, a great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Comp valet parking. Located right off the square so easy to walk to all part of town. Recommended a couple of nice wineries to visit. Room was very nice.

The bed was too soft for our liking. My biggest issue is, that upon checkout, they wanted a card to charge a $40 resort fee. This is a small boutique hotel with no real additional amenities and this fee was not disclosed through booking. When I asked what the fee was for we were told for the concierge and booking wineries, which we did not use. I don’t like surprise $40 (!!) resort fee for a $1000 a night room. The girl at the front ultimately waived the fee, but this marred an otherwise nice stay. Add it to room price or better yet, don’t at this price point. These fees are even starting to disappear in Vegas because people don’t like to be nickel-and-dimed.

I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all about the hotel or the neighbourhood. He just handed over a key and pointed to the elevator. The room was large and lovely but that was really the only good thing about the inside of the hotel. The bar closed early (8:45 was last call!) and there was no ambiance to speak of - it was like an empty shell, sparsely staffed and devoid of guests. Very odd. Like I was completely alone there. Definitely not worth the money. Even the convenience of its location cannot make up for a totally lacklustre experience.
