The water was lukewarm. It wasn’t hot at all when I got a shower.

For 2 days. Hotel did not accommodate any other compensation.

Breakfast area was very well kept, coffee system was excellent , orange juice was not diluted. The staff was helpful and friendly. Cleanliness, interior and exterior maintenance.

This was our first stay at Holiday Inn Express in Heath, OH, and it was very pleasant. The only disappointment was that the breakfast menu was the same every day -- the food was good but a little variety would have been nice.

This is the first motel that I stayed at that had no refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. Totally disappointed about this.

Fully updated, new fixtures and nicely appointed rooms, clean clean clean. Excellent breakfast, easy check in/check out, even the morning coffee was great Can’t ask more from an overnight hotel stay.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. It was located in a convenient location near stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean but our sink was cracked and so was the bathtub. This was not a big deal for a guys trip but caulk was not correct way to fix these issues. Besides that, this hotel was great and we will be back again next year for our annual guys golf trip.

Very nice, room was clean and comfortable. Do not like the Dove lotion they provide. It has a funky smell to me but everything else was great. Visit the Newark Earthworks nearby for a nice stroll. Bummies on Main had great burgers and amazing onion rings.
