Grand Hyatt Hefei

The entire facility was amazing and pristine (the views were beautiful). The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious and there was so much variety (I never got bored during my 4-day stay). Staff were very kind and helpful as well. Sliding doors were a little dangerous for my child (wish there was a slow stop), and the hand held shower head kept turning towards the wall (not a huge deal as there was also a waterfall shower).

Stunning room with a spacious and modern feel. Amazing view of the city and exceptional pool. The staff were also fab and breakfast was superb! Nothing!

This hotel was an excellent surprise! amazing venue, highly professional staff. If anything takes you to Hefei, treat yourself to the Grand Hyatt. They could bring the breakfast up to the level of everything else in this hotel.

It’s at a perfect location, walking distance to a huge mall where you can access to all sorts of restaurants cafes supermarket etc. The room is spacious and clean, love the simple decor. Facilities are also at top tier quality. The staff here are extremely helpful and warm. They always respond to my requests promptly. Noise level is terrible. I didn’t expect that a stadium is located right opposite the hotel, and I wasn’t aware there was live concert held during my stay.. I heard very single song that was sung inside the room and my baby couldn’t sleep well. Thank god it all ended before 11pm

Location is outstanding, shopping mall downstairs and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The view is wonderful.

The staff at the club are generally nice 1) I waited 1hr to get my room and I was very tired and needed a nap; when I eventually came to my room there were loud noises in the next room so I had to be relocated. (If not that I would not comment about the dirty pillows with cigarette stench. 2) I paid around ¥1200 for a club room and a standard room is around ¥750. The club comes with afternoontea (barely offers any service nor food), some light supper and happy hour. On both days nothing that was offered couldn't even be compared to canteen food in any shopping malls in China. (This club chef needs to go) I felt cheated, so on both nights I had to spend an extra 200 for the buffet which also catered only for Chinese. (I felt cheated in the sense that I could get a standard room, and had value for my money. 3) The servers are totally useless (I'm sorry for my choice of words) I asked for crispy bacon, they didn't understand, I asked for crunchy, they still didn't get it, then I went to the club thinking it'll be better since I was in a rush, but it was the same even if I said I want it black, I got uncooked bacon! 4) just two days but the restaurant serves exactly the same food every night!

All the staff helped to make my stay pleasant. Everyone from bellhop to kitchen all the way up are very well trained. This is my best stay in hefei even if it was brief. The live band was awesome! It was the right relaxation I needed for a stressful trip! I definitely recommend Hyatt hefei (stay away from Sheraton) NA
