Location - right in old town close to everything No air conditioning during a heat wave

One of our favorite places to stay on this trip. Access was challenging. Parking was 10 minutes away, and €15/day with pass from hotel. Get VERY clear instructions before driving up to hotel to unload luggage. No unload zone and all narrow one-way streets. Note that hotel entrance is in the corner, to the right of Coffee Brothers. Barely labeled

Can't beat the location. Super convenient in the Alstadt. So a little loud when the windows are open. The room was very acceptable for a one night stay. Mattress and linens/towels were excellent. We didn't have the breakfast.

Staff was more than helpful. Room very clean. Not enough storage for 2 adults. Only room for one suitcase rack. Room smaller than pictures depicted.

No elevator.

We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not a deal breaker. It was great the room was ready when we arrived at noon.

Fabulous location. They need better signage. “Hotel” is not sufficient. Also the beds were very hard.

Staff was super nice and helpful. I really appreciated that they helped me with the luggage. The room was quiet, spacieuse, and clean. The location was near the Christmas market, great restaurants, and close to the funicular.

No WiFi connection and the bathroom was extremely small. Also, the soap provided was way too small and not enough for two people. It was okay; however, I would have brought soap with me had I known there wouldn’t be much.

The wonderful lady at the desk was exceptional! So kind to help us maneuver around all the Christmas markets! Just a joy to deal with. I’m embarrassed I cannot remember her name! She was a lovely person.

Very kind staff. Brilliant location in the heart of everything, including exploring the Christmas markets. Comfortable room & bedding--- the view of the Bridge Gate was phenomenal!

This place is magical! We loved the view it was storybook perfect. Reserve a room early!! Everything was excellent!

Location, friendly staff!, comfort, frig in room, complementary water bottles, cozy, nice bathroom. Had everything we needed. They let us store our luggage there before/ after check-in/ out. Nothing, really- room decor was a little dated., but comfortable. Price was a little higher than I thought it should be but probably due to its location.

Lots of stairs with no lift. We had heavy suitcases which made it difficult. The bed needs to be upgraded.

The location was unbeatable, right at the Old bridge and in Old Town, steps from all the action! The view from the room was amazing! The room was very small, par for the course in Europe and no elevator, but the staff were very accommodating and helped me with my luggage. All in all the hotel had everything I needed and the location was just incredible.

The location truly couldn’t have been better. Our windows overlooked the river and the main bridge, and it honestly felt like something out of a fairy tale. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the stocked mini bar was such an unexpected bonus. Everything was spotless and very well kept. The bathroom was a bit tight, but that’s completely understandable given that the hotel is in an older building that’s been thoughtfully renovated. Considering the charm, the location, the cleanliness, and the incredible staff, it’s a small tradeoff. We will absolutely be staying here every time we visit Heidelberg — the bar has been set very high!

We were right in the middle of everything we wanted to experience. We walked across the Neckar River several times, walked to the castle and enjoyed several restaurants near by. All good!

Overall stay was good, location was nice and very close to center and room was clean
