Best Western Helena/Capitol Hotel

staff was great Didn't know remodeling was happening.

Though they were severely understaffed- all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and well made and location was easy to get to next to a lot of food options and major streets.

Front desk was super cheerful and ready to help, altho he did tell us that E Helean was 10 miles away but we found where we were going based on his advice anyway!

From the beginning check-in to the clean rooms and the very comfortable beds to our check-out everything at the Best Western in Helena MT was excellent and I would stay there again in a minute. They also had a great free breakfast!

In walking distance to the Capitol, hotel was quiet, beds were comfy. Would stay again.

We were given a room where the door lock was previously broken by force, and not fixed properly. They shouldn’t have given out the room. The staff did help immediately by upgrading us to a better room.

Staff were very helpful. Room was decent and clean. That said, the hotel is in need of an overall upgrade. The lady overseeing the morning breakfast was extremely nice, but the layout of the breakfast was very odd (they may be remodeling the breakfast area).

Kitchen is under repair, so full breakfast was not available. Breakfast was basic rolls, fruit, and a few other items. Adequate, but not what we were expecting.

Staff was great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast selection is weak for the price point.
