I had a staff who doesn't understand no speak simple English attend to me, secondly, there's no hot water running for the shower, it took me to fetch hot water from the kitchen sink to bath.

There was an even clean towels or nothing. Everything looked like dusty was.

The mattress is very dirty, it has holes. There are many homeless people who don't let you rest and make you feel unsafe. They bother you terribly

Staff was great the room was awful I got bit but ..:what I think was fleas all night and couldn’t sleep very few tv channels and some of light and plugs did not work…… also a huge hole in the tub where where you could see all the pipes and inner walls and there were roachs crawling out the ac unit the door was janky and the wood blinds where all broke we had to hang out coats over them so no one could see in. And then I found out the took away the free breakfast because of Covid and still haven’t restarted it I will never go back. Oh yeah and a bunch on unsavory characters walking around the lot all night one room had door wide open with a big pit bull hanging out….. really shady looking place.

We got there and it was a horrible area with very sketchy people. The room was gross and smelled like cat pee. Pai y drops all over bedding. Flushed the toilet after one use and the whole room smelled like sewage. We left immediately and unfortunately can't get a refund because we booked online. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was very dirty. There's a lot of cracks and some areas there was mold. The bathtub was all stained and dirty. There was even insects dead inside there was stuff written all over the walls. One of the bedsheets was dirty, and the other one looked like there was a burnt hole on it overall, it was very dirty and not well maintained.

Its was terrible. Filthy conditions. Graffiti on the the walls. Sheets had burns on them .I did not even stay the night.

Horrible place. It was so bad we left and stayed elsewhere. Very dirty, no towels, no soap. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

I spent 5 nights there but the room wasn't cleaned for a day, I didn't get a second of WiFi and wasn't offered the breakfast I paid for.

There was no pool I did not see a pool, Yes it was pet friendly I seen dogs there.. Room was not that clean hair all in the bed all over the pillows.. Tv hanging off the wall on the dresser,AC button was gone had to get Maid to turn on in the broken hole it was a bad experience there but the office people were very nice during check -in & out .
