Good location. Bathroom is a bit better than avg for this price class Door was awkward to open (had to lift handle up, which is inconvenient if you have anything in your hands), room refrigerator made a noticeable whine, had to unplug it

Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, large room. The water pressure was lacking and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The equipment in the fitness center needs maintenance; the peloton is missing the pedals and the elliptical shakes badly at higher speeds.

Be aware the hotel key needs to be in the slot on the wall to the left of the entry door to ensure the AC is keeping your room comfortable; otherwise, it runs at an ambient temperature while you are gone during the day but is too warm at night to sleep comfortably.

Bed sheet was torn. Towels inadequate. Coffee in lobby was bitter suggesting filters and reservoirs have not been regularly cleaned. The bedroom carpet in room 405 had a huge stain in the center. The room seemed shabby and dreary. An entirely disappointing experience. I know you can do better than this.

We got a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a balcony! Excellent room, clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed it, would definitely come back. Breakfast was good, front desk service also good, parking safe and easy, in a great general area of stores, restaurants, etc. We were close to family who live there.

Everything was amazing! I went with my family including two dogs because our air conditioning went out and we needed somewhere cool to stay. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. It was a quiet, peaceful hotel and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. You will not be disappointed if you stay there. Maybe a few extra handicap spots as a filled up pretty quickly.

It was a beautiful room. The breakfast was great as well. The staff was amazing.

Rooms were a bit in the outdated side, but the rooms and the property were clean. You can tell they were constantly maintaining.

Exceptional

Free breakfast was beyond gross. Coffee tasted like muddy water. Toilet didn’t flush. The grates on the room A/C were broken off while the A/C sounded like a generator that was malfunctioning. I couldn’t use the A/C based on the sound. Overall, would not stay there again if free. Definitely would not pay good money to stay there. The hotel probably was decent in the 70’s and has not been upgraded since that time.
