Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas/Henderson

Don’t be fooled by photos. Horrible smell in room upon arriving , receptionist was rude. I started feeling sick , within 2 hours of being there I let receptionist know I wasn’t going to stay and he didnt want to refund my stay. Instead handed me keys to another room. I ended up paying for the night and left. Cockroaches at hotel as well , dirty place.

The property was fine, but carpet in the room was disgusting. It felt sticky, so we didn't go barefoot.

The front desk girl was polite and I told her I appreciated her kindness. That young lady is not responsible for that establishment.

Be aware of the rooms promoted. We paid for a room for a kitchen and were told when we arrived one was never placed. All rooms promoted had images of the kitchen which is to be considered a false advertisement when we were never provided with one. When we brought this up to the desk, we were informed that it was not just us but 3 other families. They did not fix the mistake and only told us they would charge more for the kitchen.

The elevator was not working at my arrival, and went down a couple of times during my stay. Location is good. Parking is good. Courteous staff. Clean place.

Was good place to stay with check out at 12pm which was great for us. Only problem was when checking out the elevator went out so had to go down the stairs thank fully it happened at the end of our stay but was pretty quiet place to stay.

The lady at the front desk was such a blessing. I accidentally double booked two rooms when I only needed one and never noticed it till she brought it to my attention. Loved that. It was handled quickly and easily. The stay was awesome. My family and myself will be back

Good spot when traveling to pull over for the night. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, easy check in and out.

The hotel is okay. Nothing special. I know they allow pets but our room was on the 3rd floor and the hallway and our room smelled like a dog. The carpet in the hallway and room appeared stained and dirty. We didn’t travel with a pet. Our room itself was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. The musty smell was not pleasant. The pool was closed while we were there but it is an average indoor pool and spa.

Good hotel, especially for a long term stay. Staff was very helpful and common areas were always clean. The room was clean but the carpet had stains, and the tub kept backing up when showering, but otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Ac did not keep the room cool.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with cracked tiles and an old, creaking bathtub that felt like it would crack right through while standing in the shower. Throughout the hotel, the carpets were heavily soiled and stained, and the doors were chipped and damaged. The overall maintenance of the property is truly terrible. I have stayed several Hawthorn Suites over the years and I've never had an issue with hotel maintenance and cleanliness. After this stsy, I will not return to Hawthorne Suites hotel I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for a comfortable stay.
