Our room had no real A/C and it was 115 degrees out. Felt like we went back to 1997 they have not updated this hotel for a long time. Our room didn’t look like it had been booked forever. Needs a lot of TLC Staff was nice We are usually easy going but we were not impressed. Our next stop was a casino in Laughlin NV and that room was way better.

Staff There was other peoples hair on the towels. Wasn’t the cleanest. Air conditioner was set to 40 when we got there. But took till the am to get to 70.

I found roaches in my room and all your front desk told me was ill let housekeeping know. Valet was nowhere to be found coming or going. yall need to upgrade yall rooms for the price you charge I should not be looking at peeling coming off the headboard or that 1965 furniture. Im not saying this to upset anyone, im just letting you know what people are looking for in there rooms. Bathroom was very nice. Im sure Hilton doesn't represent like this i stay at a couple of facilities when I travel.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurants were lovely, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for tranquility and a place where you can truly relax and unwind. It is the perfect destination to escape from the stress of everyday life. Without a doubt, I would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

The pool closed at 6pm there was no microwave and the bed was uncomfortable
