Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms! Great restaurants and not crazy like the strip. Front desk staff a bit inexperienced, but they try.

Strip easy access off highway 15 No terrible smoke smell in casino unlike other hotels. Only complaint was the shower gel was empty.

My main issue was that the AC unit in the room was so loud I wondered if it had hurt my ear drums. I had no earplugs and there was no way that I could see on the thermostat how to turn the air flow down, it sounded like a jet engine in my room. I noticed the same thing in the elevator lobby as well, I stayed in the east tower. Another minor, but irritating inconvenience, was at check-in, I asked for a room near the elevator, and the nice lady helping me said she put me in the middle. Turns out I was three rooms away from the very end, what a drag. The rooms are nice and new and spacious, but I would not stay there again. Also, the placement of the clothing closet door, when it’s open, with the walkway to the bathroom just doesn’t work. Architecturally, the room is not laid out optimally.

The casino was awesome, the restaurants and the pool were great. We had fun. The new tower room was a little noisy. Other than that was nice.

It was nice safety was in issue. All the marble was nice but it so slippery. Marble in shower, hallways and steps was too much. The steps going down to the pool was steep and slippery.

Staff was friendly. Our bathroom in our room wasn't very clean. They now allowing smoking throughout the casino.
