Château d'Hermival

Beautiful place. Well-maintained and tastefully decorated. Very quiet. For work, I had to leave before 7am, and the path from the building to the parking lot was dark. It was a rainy day before sunrise with luggage to move. If I did not need to leave early, the place could be perfect.

Huge room! It was more like a huge suite in Beautiful chateau! Coffee and tea in room. Great bed and bedding. Very clean. Nice view of grounds from many of the windows. Easy parking. Breakfast was great. Host was very nice. Nice grounds for a walk. We got lucky for our 1 night stay because it is a popular wedding venue. Would definitely recommend. That we couldn’t stay longer. ?

Beautifully rennovated chateaux in very scenic grounds. Lovely breakfast and friendly hosts.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was just adequate with little choice and fruit old.

Beautiful area the hotels was stunning super clean our suite had a lovely view of the garden and staff were super helpful would definitely stay here again

Comfy luxurious stay at Chateau d’Hermival. Friendly and welcoming host (owner’s mother). Cleanliness and good taste in home decoration. Rooms practical for a familly with 2 kids. Nice large bathroom with a vintage chimney. Good breakfast. Feels homey. Excellent value for the money. One of the best accomodation one can find in the area. N/A.

Coffee at breakfast was senseo... too bad, the rest of the breakfast was great.

Superb

This is an amazing place to stay. Our room was huge and recently renovated and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Slippers and robes are provided as well as good quality towels. There is ample parking and the staff were great. The breakfast was very good. This place is good value and was our favourite place to stay during our one month stay in France. It's not a great location and there are no restaurants nearby. One has to drive to Lisieux to find restaurants. The ambiance and luxury of this chateau makes up for the location.

Superb

Extraordinery location at the outskirts from Lisieux, embetted in the natur, approx. 10-15 minutes from the city center. Very friendly host. Very good mattresses and the room was clean with attention to detail.

Great castle with nice park, no restaurant nearby, one needs a car. The silence and peace at night is fantastic ❗️

Lovely restored chateau in a very nice and easy to get to village. The room was very nice, clean and well presented. The owners were great, very accommodating and looks after us very well. The grounds are lovely and the whole place has a calm feel to it.

The location and the grounds

A very charming rural setting. There was lot of space for us to walk and wander. Lots of outdoor seeting areas to enjoy the sunshine and sip a glass of wine, Our bedroom suite had 2 bedrooms and large sitting area.

Stunning setting with luxurious and comfortable accomodation, with a very welcoming host. A perfect stay!
