Great hotel in an ideal looking, with the beach and restaurants/bars just steps away. Ocean view rooms are one of the best values in LA. Comfy beds plus plenty of free amenities such as toothpaste that higher star hotels don't even provide anymore. One notable downside is the WiFi, which was completely unreliable during my 2-day stay, even after alerting staff of the issue.

We have stayed at Grandview Inn more than 8 times and planning to go more of course It has onsite parking, friendly staff, 1 minute from the beach, close to many restaurants and shops.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. Building is older and doesn't look like much from the outside, or in the hallways, but the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing didn't like was the early check in fee. After flying in, really do want to go to room. It was ready, but charged 40$. Didn't like that. Everything else was great!!!

Nice, boutique hotel steps from the beach, restaurants & shopping. On site parking garage, elevator access. Room was neat & clean, furnished with numerous amenities (soaps, shampoo, body wash, razor, shave cream and more) whick wr appreciated and saw as very thoughtful. The bed was comfortable. No pool or exercise room but we were only staying one night

Location is perfect! Nice patio with ocean view and walking distance to everything. You can also rent bikes right next to the hotel.
