Grandview Inn

This was our second time staying at the Grandview Inn. Location is great! The view of the ocean from our balcony was beautiful! Staff was attentive. Love the parking garage.

This was a very nice hotel, in a great location, with covered parking. Lots to see and do in the area.

Great place for the price. Lower than most beachfront hotels. Not a fancy place but very clean. Free onsite parking. If you will be enjoying the beach, restaurants and shops more than staying in a room, this is definitely a great place. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. I don't have any dislikes about the property.

If you want to pay mid-low level prices for a place ON THE BEACH, this is an amazing deal. I stayed for a week by myself and loved the fact that I could wake up and run on the beach every morning. It is located just blocks from famous venues (the Lighthouse) and many good restaurants and bars. It's equidistant from the Redondo pier and Manhattan pier if you like to take walks on the beach. I didn't stay in an ocean view room, but I did see one across the hall and it was a spectacular view. I also liked that they offered tiny amenities to make the stay easy: beach towels, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, microwave, bottled water. Also, the free parking is an amazing perk. For a solo traveler on a budget, this is a great find. No complaints

The location close to the beach is a huge positive! And the bed was comfortable. However, it’s very clear that nothing is being maintained properly as items are showing wear & tear. The bedroom window shears were coming off the track, the right side of the bathroom towel bar was sliding out from the wall, the interior sheet of the shower curtain has been cut off at the top leaving only the outer liner. The TV remote control was also very frustrating since only every 10th button push registered, Everything else in the room was bare bones, including the lights and furniture. There wasn’t a luggage rack or even a stool to place your open suitcase, it could only go on the floor or bed. There were no dresser drawer to unpack clothes. We had a separate living room and kitchen, but there were no end tables or a coffee table, simply a single sofa and a desk on the side wall. There wasn’t only one small bedside task lamp and no lamp anywhere in the living area. There were recessed can lights, but they were fluorescent blue-white and very bright, with no dimmer option.

Fantastic beach/sand location. Nice room, clean snd well equipped , beach towels, toiletries, coffee, water etc. room was clean and comfortable. Very well maintained.

Location-excellent. The manager/owner was wxtremely pleasant and hospitable. Will def return and stay here Parking was fine but if i was picky. View from room was also not so nice.
