We all enjoyed the breakfast it was basically the same but a bit different each day . The one thing which I would have changed was the check out time as I did not appreciate what I had booked . The hotel was great was my not thinking it though

Nice and polite girls on the reception. Nice cleening ladies. Wifi is very weak, almost not usable. Breakfast is a little bit cheap and it is a lot of food which they prepare on a "greek" way. For example - cinamon and spices which an average europeans are not used to in some meals. Cheapest salami and ham. Pool looks bigger on pictures and doesn't seem very clean to swim in it. Maybe because it is an older pool.

We booked two rooms that were left Economy and Superior , and we asked for adjoining rooms, when we arrived at the hotel we saw that the rooms are in two different buildings, we asked for adjoining rooms and were not approved even though there were many empty rooms and they asked for an additional payment, the reception manager and the venue manager spoke to us very rudely and made us wait for about four hours in the lobby Until they confirmed adjoining rooms.

Hotel Agrabella is in excellent location near Hersonissos port.It is in walking distance to beautiful sandy beach.Room was very clean and comfort.Breakfast was tasty.Beds were very comfy.But the best thing in this hotel were stuff, so kind and always ready to help and to give advice about excursions and what to do and see in Hersonissos and Crete.Definitly recommend this hotel Everything was perfect

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, family run and it really gives the place some warmth. Couldn't fault the room was great size air-conditioning worked great and the bathroom was a big surprise must have just been recently renovated. The pools a great size, always somewhere to sit and catch the sun morning till evening if that's your thing and most importantly they make good drinks you get what you ask for nothing weak or disappointing. I only happen to stay 2 nights as it was a last minute booking to fill a gap in my travelling but so happy I chose this place. There was nothing not to like, I had no issues whatsoever and the hotel and staff completely surpassed my expectations given the price I paid was so low.

I have not met such friendly staff recently. I had private problems, people easily charged me only as many nights as I was, the rest of the money was returned to me. wonderful people and a nice hotel, recommendation +10

I recommend the hotel, take Agrabella premium rooms, this is a different building, it is very comfortable there, Internet and air conditioning are included in the price. The hotel is very close to the center, to the sea and to shops, the bus stop is 2 minutes away. at first I booked a cheap room and was dissatisfied, then I changed it for an additional fee, and everything fell into place.

Location was good as all shops near by and beach walking distant Service could be better and economy room you have to pay for air con as additional Breakfast was just basic

I liked very much the personnel that were really friendly and joyfully Didn't like the fact that while booking online I was given photos of a different room that seemed comfortable but when I arrived I was introduced to a much smaller room
