Staff were nice, good frozen daiquiri Was charged for extra night when we was told we could check in at anytime so that didn’t go down well. There were loads of ants everywhere in our hotel room, ants ended up in our shoes and suitcases,ended up getting ant spray from the supermarket .

The staff in all positions were very kind, the pool bar was very nice and original , the room was very clean and luxury , the food was one of the best I I ate in Greece . I will definitely go again

About the location it's the centre to every place about the hotel I enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar the most and you can experience one of the best view from rooftop with the beautiful friendly and lively bar woman ??? I wouldn't overall its like perfect for me ???

The location was perfect, exactly in the middle of hersonissos. The rooms and the hotel in general look new and clean. The food at the restaurant was also nice and the stuff was really friendly which made our trip even better!

Ussusly when I book in the city center I have suprises not in a good way but no this time.Brand new hotel at the heart of Hersonisos, quite, big and elegance room.A place that i will use for sure at my next visit.

Great location, clean, spacious, good facilities, peaceful vibes and convenient! Our room was extremely loud and annoying at nighttime when trying to sleep, you can hear water constantly running through the walls with very strange sounds. The aircon was loud and lit up the room. The bed needed an actual blanket, TV should be upgraded to a smart TV.

The staff were really kind, they cared for us also for our food limitations. The location is great. Once or twice the room wasn’t clean as we expected.

Location only Wifi connection was terrible, no room service they never pick up the line you need to go down if you need anything, desk staff wasn’t supportive, no basic hotel service, no tooth kit , shampoo and shower gel wasn’t available the next day

-location -pool -very spacious room -very dirty (dust and hair in the room) -pool area very dirty -bathroom on the roof never cleaned -very poor quality of breakfast The hotel itself is very well located and nice decorated but looks like nobody is takin care of it, it’s always dirty… the music on the roof is super loud like in a club…
