The 3.5-star Boat Harbor Studio Apartments and Villas provides affordable, comfortable accommodations on the Fraser Coast. Located opposite the beachfront, it provides limited views and free WiFi access. Each self-catering room at Boat Harbor Studio Apartments and Villas features a balcony, some offering glimpses of the ocean and surrounding birdlife. Not much Noise from other rooms - woken three times during the night by shouting screaming and fighting. Police were called

Location, staff very friendly. Dog next door to us..... someone allowed a booking that permitted a large, very, very aggressive Alsatian. Nearly jumped porch fence to attack us. You should limit dogs to small ones, we we scared everytime we walked out of our place.

Annie on reception was so lovely, a very friendly, helpful lady. our room was so smelly, like prawns shells, so lovely Annie moved us to the room next to our originally booked room. Although, slightly nicer decor, it also smelt bad. We worked out it could have likely been the sickening smelling cleaning products. Some other guests arrived later at night into the room above ours and with timber floors, all the clomping around just kept us awake. It is a little way out of the town centre. But the worst thing, was value for money!! $260 for one night in a motel type room, that smelt bad with a very firm uncomfortable bed.

I liked the layout, design elements and cleanliness It was a semi detached unit - sharing a floor with the neighbours and you could hear and feel every footstep they made.

Close to the main boat ramp for shore tours as this is a short walk from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Paying extra for ocean view when it wasn't a great clear view as the tree obstructed viewing out.

They went above and beyond for me and my boys. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If they offered a weekly rate I would stay for a month That I couldn’t stay longer
