Room located on 3 rd level Nice balcony with view over harbour Hot water was only warm Requested a fix sent plumber but only shower rectified Kitchen and bathroom sinks only warm No oven and access to cupboards beside fridge difficult Bedroom side table inhibited opening the wardrobe door where the shelving was so no place for stacking clothes No bedside light on left side looking at bed Height of soap dispenser in the shower meant the wife had to be on top toes and when squeezing the pump the soap went into eyes Was not told about the $200 credit during booking Usually a credit swipe is sufficient There was still $200 deducted from account as late as lunch time of departure

I booked a Marina facing room and it was nice, view of the boats etc. The room was as expected ad I liked the walk-in shower, so much better than a shwer over the bath. I ended up on the ground floor which was not my preference but it was fine for one night.

Beds were comfortable and until was a great size.

Location was great and the harbour view was lovely. Pitty the weather wasn't great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't enough car parks as I went out for the evening and when I came back near tower 1 was no car spots and then went to other secured parking and none there either.

Location and view. Accommodation was well prepared and staf veryhelpful lack of basic necessities for use on arrival.

We liked been on the top floor of the hotel enjoying the views over the marina and sunrise.

Excellent location at the marina. Close to lovely restaurants. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable enough but a bit dated.

View was great - rooms were nice and clean The elevator wasnt working so we had to walk 4 sets of stairs which wasnt ideal. Also didnt like that the main aircon was in the lounge room and not the bedroom

The room and the view were good, and it was close to cafes and restaurants which was convenient. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help with issues. While we stayed the lounge room was flooded by the air conditioner so we were unable to use it. The carpet was very musty and we could smell it as soon as we walked in. It did get repaired on Saturday afternoon so we placed towels all over the floor to try absorb the water.

Clean , the bed is is very comfy. The view is to die for. The front door lock is hard to open.sometimes the Netflix doesn’t work.

Room position and view were excellent. Did miss the fact that there was not a microwave in the room. Have a microwave and a little more crockery and cutlery and a toaster in the room

The apartment was spacious with a beautiful view of the marina. There were several restaurants and the Boat Club a short walk from the Mantra which was perfect for dinner and breakfast. It's a shame I was there for work and couldn't stay longer. Nothing.
