Great location for whale watching. Right opposite the marina where boats depart from. Rooms especially the bathroom were very spacious. Car park was full a lot of the time. The buffet breakfast was very average. Price was relatively high for a very dated hotel. Gym was closed with staff having no idea of an alternative.

Leaving. Rude staff, unclean bathroom and shower area. Outdated decor throughout the hotel and apartment. Unable to use the bar/restaurant when that was the key advantage over other hotels for a work visit.

Stayed only one night and so glad I didn't book longer. Location good and carpark adequate. Pool seems nice but we didn't swim in it as we came in winter. Bathroom was horrible. Strong smells of mildew and mould which were made worse with the addition of strong chlorine. Mattress too soft and had a huge dip in it. Bedding triggered my dust mite allergy. Had the bathroom door closed and the balcony door open all night to get through it.There were blood drips in the hallway to our room when we arrived which weren't cleaned up during our stay. Needs a makeover and proper cleaning regime. Wouldn't stay again.
