location was great ? nice pillows & mattress •very basic & outdated room but advertised as a deluxe queen room •the shower dripped non stop the entire stay, very annoying •no outdoor furniture for unit 18 like every other unit had •no hairdryer or tissues in bathroom •toiletry dispensers were not filled eg, handsoap, moisturiser •advertised an outdoor pool but it was under repair •aircon was very noisy

away from major shops but lovely and quiet.

Basic but all you need NO POWER POINTS NEAR BED FOR MY CPAP MACHINE. had to move bed over other side of room for power point. Smelt a bit musky

the bed was "sloppy" ..eg I went to sit on it and it "slid out" from Under me. The mattress was soft with a Lump in the middle. other places within the price range provide a "serve yourself" breakfast. but it ended up Ok there are cafes around. The receptionist was singularly helpful as had lost my Sat Nav "voice" and rang the motel late in the afternoon from the middle of suburbia in /brisbane as I was wondering around trying to get back on the M1 and she said "make sure your Wifi is turned off. I fixed that and I had vocals coming from my Sat Nav. I will be forever grateful.

location was the best, right next to the beach, markets on the Saturday near the pier, walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, good variety of shops & the local Car/Bike hire company just around the corner. The office staff were very friendly on my check in & as l was early, they offered to safely store my luggage until the room was ready which was very much appreciated. it is basic & price reflective, my room had lots of cobwebs, very dirty fridge door on the outside, the bathroom sliding door was off the rails & l rehung it but it's wonky, there were blown lightbulbs which l took to reception for replacement, the carpet is stained & marked, it's tired & worn but again, you pay for the location which was great for my first time in Hervey Bay.

An older style motel but comfortable and close to what I was going to visit. Reception staff were courteous and friendly. General outside areas needs more attention. I am a non smoker but the container adjacent to my car parking space had contents that were there on day and still not emptied when I left on day 4. General build up of leaves close to door at my car parking space had not been swept in the 4 days I was there. Otherwise no major concerns.

Excellent location, great price, beachfront, close to all cafes, restaurants and Hotel. Room very clean, large comfy beds. Great bathroom facilities. Large clean pool and spa. We will definitely stay here again.

Felt safe Sandy beds and AC was weak. Felt run down and very motel feels

Easy check in, price and position Some rooms don't have Netflix, Youtube capable TVs, but others do.

Urangan Motor Inn has an unbeatable location—just steps from the pier. It’s ideal for anyone who loves fishing, with easy access to the water and stunning views to match. A great base for a relaxing, fishing-filled getaway! The room cleanliness wasn't up to standard during my stay, which was disappointing. It needs more attention when it comes to housekeeping.
