Las condiciones del hotel están bastante malas todo muy viejo llegué y el baño tenía pelos por todos lados.. la pieza tenía un olor a humedad bastante pésimo, lo único bueno fue el servicio del desayuno

The rooms were very clean and the lobby is lovely; the staff communicated well in both English and Spanish. The pool was excellent, and the breakfast food was fantastic—the scrambled eggs and omelets were great, and everything was of very high quality. I recommend it 100%.

Clean room me dieron un cuarto que olía horrible las sábanas sucias y no me gustó para nada eso sobre todo el tema de la ropa de cama muy mal ellos siempre se caracterizan por su limpieza y su desayuno muy bueno yo la verdad me sentía tan incómoda que no pase por desayuno así que no puedo decir como estaba el lobby limpio pero cuando mirabas los pasillos de arriba no que sucio y la habitación no la limpiaron ni cambiaron las sábanas yo siempre recomendaba esa propiedad por lo limpio pero eso cambio mucho

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stephanie made sure I was able to check in a little earlier than 3 due to my flight getting in super early. That was very nice of her as it was based on availability. Not many places in walking distance for food but DoorDash found me just fine.

Exceptional

The room was clean, except for a few coberwebs. The TV and phone weren't working, and some of the outlets weren't plugged in. The staff was fine, but we couldn't enjoy the room as much as I would have liked because it smelled strongly of damp.

Breakfast was Standard and the location is very good. The location.

El cuarto no estaba limpio y la shower estaba sucia el piso del shower estaba negro

Room was dirty. Bathroom was nasty and in bad shape paint pealing, caulking pealing. Stained carpets in the hallway. Shower leaked out onto the floor and out of the bathroom and into the hallway. Sofabed mattress was in terrible shape totally worn out with no support and was dirty with crumbs and lint all over it. Furniture stain and color was chipping. Elevator did not work from our floor you could go up to it get but the button down did not work. Had to take the stairs down from the 4th floor. Only thing decent was the breakfast. Oh and and let’s not forget the rooster!!! The freaking rooster that wakes you up at 4am. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep in!
