I stay here for 4 days and 3 nights on my own. Its such a shame that the hotel location is quite far from the central of Tokyo. It wasnt in the 23 wards of Tokyo and i usually take around 1 hour of train to go from my hotel to the central of the city, like Shibuya, and then another 1 hour to return to the hotel. But at least the street and the environment arround quite okay, there is a 24 hours store nearby so the street is not that silence and eerie, there still some people walk around with some street light still kinda dimly lit the road. Also the room is a bit small, i wouldnt reccomend to bring suitcase larger than 28 inch because my suitcase fit just enough when i want to open it. And if you are a tall person, more than 165cm, you might be having a bit trouble in moving around the toilet too ?
