Liked the location of hotel and access to restaurants. Hotel was clean and was able to take advantage of amenities on premises.

I really enjoyed the speedy check-in process, and appreciate staff hospitality. The room price upon arrival was $60 more than expected when booking. If I had known that, I would not have stayed there.

Next, the woman at the front desk, suggested we not miss the breakfast in the morning when I went down, it turns out that the breakfast wasn’t free, but you had to pay for everything including coffee. There was no free coffee anywhere in the lobby. When I asked the front desk, they told me I could use the coffee maker in the room, but I would have to pay for bottled water or carry the Keurig to the ice station and use water there. Then they didn’t even bother to clean the room at all. When I asked for ONE extra pillow, they told me they had none Lastly, I asked to check out 30 minutes late. They said they had none availability. Stay away!
