Excellent Customer Service Dirty room, holes in walls and employees walking into our room without being invited in won't ever go back again

Air is super cold staff is nice and very accommodating the security is great on the property and it's close to every fast food place around yeah

The smell, the location, the city, the state, the amenities, the inconvenience if you're on foot, the beggars in the lobby, the beggars outside the lobby, the down payment I didn't get back, etc, etc, etc, etc

When we arrived, they said that there was a cash deposit required, no other form would be acceptable; staff was extremely rude to us and the other customers checking in. It was a very uncomfortable check in experience and we would not return/recommend.

The people were friendly & staff was very helpful but it is a good place.

The room was absolutely disgusting!! The remote for the tv didn’t work. The beds were falling apart and it was just very dirty!! Behind the dresser looked like it hadn’t been cleaned behind since it’s been open and the bathroom was so dirty I would rather use a portable potty. I will never stay there again and I don’t recommend it for anyone

The breakfast was a lie. It was just cereal and a milk and nothing else
