The entire point of staying was the proximity to Yamavah casino and the shuttle, the shuttle has a huge first step and with my orthopedic issues I could not get up the step and I was told there was no accommodation ( pretty sure that’s a violation of something) the Bistro was great and the service top notch! The surprise guest in our bathroom at 3 am a roach the size of a frog was not pleasant. Expected more reality was less.

Then the room was available but around $110 more than what I reserved it vi Expedia. I went somewhere else. I just can’t believe how irresponsible the whole system is that they didn’t reach out not even via email. I will never trust Expedia .com if I have to do pay later option for the reservation Too disappointed and upset. This is not ok. I should be notified so I can fix the issue. Perhaps I wrote one number incorrectly or so. No idea. I have no issue with my credit card. Just dumbfounded and upset. Won’t ever trust that option

The nicest staff I have come across in a LONG time. From the front desk to the bar to the restaurant, the people here are SO very nice and accommodating! We had an excellent stay and it really was because of our experience with everyone we encountered. This was our first time in the area but it won't be our last, and we will always stay here!

It's was nice and quite They charged me $245 supposedly by accident. The only reason I noticed was that I got a notification when I went back. They said they charged my card by accident. Then I have to wait 3 to 4 days for it to come back to me, which is ridiculous.

Very clean and updated Only had one minor issue. When we asked for a iron. I had to go downstairs and ask it again. Then my wife had to ask the Housekeeper. We had a concert, but otherwise everything was great.

The restaurant and bar looked amazing, and Sebastian was friendly and heplful. The carpet in the room could use a deep cleaning.

Very friendly Staff throughout, food was excellent and loved the free shuttle to the Casino. Everything was as advertised, would definitely go back.

$75 for breakfast for 2 was way to much. would have preferred a free breakfast with room. Liked free shuttle. prices for room and food was way over the top.

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. BReakfast at hotel restaurant was good. Shuttle to casino was convenient but should run more than it does. Took a long time to get back to hotel from casino.

The entire hotel was neat and staff helpful. The shuttle to the casino was very convenient since we didn't have to drive. Happy the pool was open late and the gym being open 24 hours

Always a nice stay at Bear Springs. Everyone was very welcoming and the room was clean.

Stay was outstanding! Room was meticulous! Took a trip to Victoria Gardens on this trip! Can’t wait for the next visit!

The shuttle is excellent if you plan to go to the casino. The food is great and the happy hour is very nice. The staff was polite and helpful.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast options were very good.Bar and restaurant were both fine and Staff were very pleasant. Very close to the highway. The pool area was not manned, which was disappointing. A little overpriced.
