Our room was kept clean & staff was very helpful

beds are too soft. Sink was clogged, breakfasts were too simple, didn’t have cream cheese.

We arrived at the property and were given our card keys. When we got to the room, neither my key nor my husband's key worked. We got another set, same outcome. Three tries and we finally got in the room. The bathroom light/fan did not work. They sent up someone to fix it, but it still didn't work. We needed to extend our stay for one night and I was told I could stay in the same room. But when it came to it, we were told we had to change rooms. I was charged $150 twice for security. As of this moment, I don't think the charge has been removed from my charge card. All in all, not a stellar experience.

Nice property for a short 2-night stay. The staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was convenient but was not terribly well stocked. All in all, it suited our needs.

Property was run down, not having the quality of comfort suites. Bathroom had mold, bathtub was creeking, bed was not comfortable and breakfast was out of lot of things. Will NOT recommend to stay here. First bad experience with comfort suites.

The only consistent issue was the continental breakfast. There weren’t any forks all week except the few they bought twice at WalMart. They kept running out of eggs. Two days there was no yoghurt. Two days there was no orange juice. The food that was present was very tasty.

Most comfortable bed of our entire 10 day vacation (we stayed one night here). Friendly staff. Great eggs and sausage for breakfast. 24 hour coffee. And they had decaf.
