The property was super clean. The staffs were amazing, they checked up on us every time and made sure we feel comfortable. What ever we asked for they gave us within min. No dis’s appointments. Beyond amazing. Nothing everything was exceptional

Great place for relaxing, chilling. A variety of dishes at the restaurant, everything we tried was delicious. They even organized a surprise party for my girlfriend with cake and candles. We also received free of charge a late check-out. Fast, active and friendly staff. You can talk at the reception and arrange trips, taxi, Tuk-Tuk. The pool is nice and clean, the rooms get cleaned daily. If you are a lite sleeper, get a room with the see/pool view.

The property is amazing perfect location. The staff is very good the food is nice . Breakfast was good The host ms priyanka is amazing very welcoming . I must say this guy shashikar such a sweet helpful guy the best staff there .i really can’t thankyou you all for planning a suprise for my mothers birthday that’s so sweet of you I really appreciate it . Thankyou ? Defiantly recommended Just the hot water in washroom please we had at night bt in morning I was struggling

Our experience at Nico Beach Hotel in Hikkaduwa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Manjula, the owner, along with Milan and the entire staff, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and friendly service made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely incredible fresh, flavorful, and prepared with so much care. Every meal felt special, and we found ourselves looking forward to dining there every day. What touched our hearts the most is that Nico Beach Hotel is one of the very few truly dog-friendly places in the South. They don’t just allow dogs ,they love them. The team has adopted several rescued street dogs, giving them a safe and loving home. Seeing the care they give these animals made our stay even more meaningful and uplifting. Thank you, Manjula, Milan, and everyone at Nico Beach Hotel, for such a wonderful experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended...we will definitely be coming back! On arrival we were told there were no credit card facilities and we had to pay cash. We had a three night stay, this drained our cash supply. When we questioned the manager, she was rude and unhelpful. The internet was slow or non existent and it took 24 hours to get it fixed The bathroom has a terrible smell, especially in the mornings. The linen was thread bare. Disappointing!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Nico beach hotel as it is a fabulous hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights. also it is just closed to the beach where we had so much fun in the evening. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially the owner who were very friendly and helpful. We had our dinner which was delicious. Highly recommended ?

Great location on beach and lovely outdoor pool and surroundings. One of the rooms was a good size both rooms were clean Unable to pay by credit card and not stated on booking.com. Staff stated several times credit card machine not working!! Price did not include any toiletries in bathroom, it should have. Only had lunch one day and did not receive the food ordered

The distance from the town meant the beach was quiet and felt almost private. The pool is beautifully clean, and the sunbeds looking out to the sea is so lovely. We really liked the outside dining and the staff were absolutely lovely. They went out of their way to make our visit special. The distance from town was well advertised, so not a surprise and nice and quiet, but we would have liked to be slightly nearer to some cafes & juice bars
