Beautiful beach views, welcoming staff. The season was closing so we had breakfast (, included) at Neelas next door, which was delicious. Great spot for surf and bars. No kettle, we didn't ask for one but a kettle in the room would have topped it off ?

Just literally by the beach, felt really safe because someone is always around! Great quality for low price ! For the low price, it’s honestly more than enough, nothing to complain :)

It is directly at the beach and that was such a benefit for us. Whenever we went for a surf or swimming we didnt need to take anything with us and even could leave the key at the reception so we never had to be concerned about leaving our stuff unattended. They also have sunbeds which are in the shade and can be used when ordering at the restaurant. The location is great for all surfers. We had a room with air condition and I can really recommend that. Sri Lanka has a high humidity and is very warm and the air condition helps enormous. It is quiet which is great and can be an issue compared to other accomodations with windows to the main street. There were great food options close by (our favourite: No Name - roti restaurant). The wifi was not good. But we had the issue in almost all our accommodations so that should not stop you from staying at this place. An easy solution is to get a local sim or eSIM (FYI at colombo airprot when you arrive you will automatically pass a stand with local SIMs and they were really cheap and quick for my friend)

The staff were amazing, like all Sri Lankans just so amazingly nice and helpful. The location right on the beach is perfect, sun beds and parasols free of charge and comfy. The menu is more international than Sri Lankan but the food they did serve was excellent. The basic double was smaller than expected but it had everything. If you are on ground floor its more motel than hotel but it doesn't detract from the stay.

I like the hut style rooms, it felt like we had our own private house. They were a good size with aircon and a good shower. Pool was great and a really short walk to the beach There could have been better paths between the main buildings and rooms. When it rained it became quite muddy

Supportive owners and staff, always happy to help, friendly vibes and great restaurant food! I think having a pool in the property would have been great but it was alright since the beach was right infront of us@
