Everything was perfect

The hospitality of the staff is just exceptional . Some of Them of them can’t speak proper English but you can see how much they care and that’s what mattered the most to me . Just the location is far away from the airport.

Beachfront Did not like Too far away from everything you need transport Did not like Staff unhelpful Did not like Bed bugs in 2 different room I woke to severe itchines and discovered I was covered in bed bugs. Notified staff. Requested to moved rooms. Bed bugs seen in the bed. Notified staff who removed & the denied. Moved rooms again.

Bed was comfortable, beachfront with amazing sea views, pool nice and beautiful. Room was clean and staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast is good but no variety (only eggs) Coffee is real!! No instant which is a ++++ Location is good, although is 3km from center the tuktuk is no more than 2 usd and 5 minutes. No hot water in the shower No toiletries but is ok for the price Restaurant can improve

When we arrived, there was no TV in the room. After informing the front desk, they arranged it, but it should have been ready before check-in. The food was disappointing. We ordered chicken fried rice and chicken tikka with naan. It took a long time to prepare, the taste was not good, and the prices were too high for the quality. Also, a dog was roaming around the hotel premises, which was uncomfortable.

Terrific large cool pool in the quiet end of Hikkaduwa Beach. Lovely views from higher floors. We enjoyed having breakfast by the pool every morning. Food was good. Good size room and balcony. Staff were so helpful especially Chamila and Sunil and Soyza. Tuk tuks we're readily available for short 500 rupiah ride to Turtle Beach and other areas. Just to note that the dining furniture and sun lounges and towels are looking tired. The surf is very strong everywhere so be mindful in the sea.

Great beachside location. Easy to get to/from Hikkaduwa and Galle. Not particularly close to main selection of restaurants when walking.
