Excellent stay with my wife and two children. We were welcomed like family, and provided everything that we needed. The family room was large with plenty of space for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, with a very elegant roll top bath and a walk in shower. We were given free reign of the farm which the children loved, and also had a morning feeding the animals with Neil, who was an excellent guide to the farm and was great with the children. Breakfast in the mornings was very nice, and there was a wide choice, they also catered for my daughter who is Gluten free. Nothing to comment on, we had a great time.

Lovely farm house with use of great facilities. A good size room, with en suite, sitting area & fridge. Welcoming hosts. Generous breakfast. Lovely farm with woodland area which we were welcome to wander & meet the delightful animals. Initial signage from the road was a little easy to miss, drove passed the first time.

Lovely hosts. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location. Will visit again.

The VERY friendly hosts, the room and the setting, and a good base to explore the area. The stairs could be challenging if you have mobility issues but worth it if you can make it!

It is a truly remarkable bed and breakfast. friendly and helpful owners. Spotlessly clean, with locally sourced foo and comfortable bedrooms. My bedroom overlooked the front garden. It included a small ensite with a walk-in shower. Toiletries are provided, plus tea and coffee. There is also a fridge. Breakfast choices included Sandringham fruit juice, fruit salad, and yoghurt. As well as cooked options. A real plus is that guests can go and see the alpacas, sheep, goats, horses, and hens, and safely pat them. The bed and breakfast is well situated for Sandringham House and gardens, some delightful Norfolk village pubs, and the North Norfolk coast

Willow Tree was perfect for our visit to Norfolk. The farm is a great experience with a wide range of animals to see: shire horses, llamas , pigs in the woods, sheep and more. Liz & Neil were so welcoming it felt like home. Room spacious good sized bed, shower excellent and pleasant views from the window. Breakfast was tailored to us and truly amazing. The wifi did drop out a bit, but there were no real faults.

The hosts make this place special. Liz and Neil were so kind and took great care of us. We had a truly memorable stay at their beautiful farm and can’t wait to return. Nothing!

This is very well maintained farm with nice bed and breakfast. We had a family room (which we were upgraded to), it was very spacious and clean. Full English breakfast was very generous and Liz and Neil (hosts) were extremely attentive and nice. You can also pet the animals on the farm and we even had an opportunity to feed little lambs and goats. It is a bit far from the sea side, but it is not an issue if you come with the car. Plenty of pubs in short reach.

Everything, Liz and Neil, were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb. We walked around to see the animals a few times, which was lovely. The pigs used to run to the fence to greet us, and one of the dogs, Billy, would be happy to be stroked all day. Would definitely stay there again as we couldn't imagine a nicer place to stay. There was nothing to dislike

I can't recommend this place enough. From the fresh luxury bed linen, the spotlessly clean room, the amazing breakfast and the wonderful hosts. We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room and everything was beyond expectations. The house and gardens are beautiful with lots of animals and wonderful walks. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. There was nothing we did not like, except having to leave.

We couldn’t fault this place. The host, breakfast, accommodation, location - all full marks.

The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. I had a bit of difficulty using the shower and climbing the stairs. I should have booked earlier and secured a room lower down. My fault entirely.
