I was afraid to fall asleep. The room needed a serious paint job and some maintenance. Smelled musky and I was afraid I’d get eaten by bed bugs. Likely will not stay here again unless it’s dire

Carpet ms on stairs needed vacuuming Question do I get wyndyn points even if I used Travelocity to make the reservation?

Not the fanciest hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The hotel was inexpensive and therefore, bare bones. The needed things were there (clean towels and beds). The hotel was dated but no issues with cleanliness or things not in working order. It was quiet and comfortable enough.

The hotel was an older hotel. Rooms were clean. The staff very helpful. The breakfast wasn't much. Parking was good.

I paid for everything online including the deposit and the front desk guy tried to argue that I didn’t pay for it after not knowing how to work his work computer. In conclusion I wasn’t able to stay the night for a place i paid for

The elevator is broken and we were put on the 3rd floor. Room is old and outdated. Carpet torn, toilet ran all night. Hallway smelled like weed.

However, I do not remember staying at a hotel that didn’t have a refrigerator, or microwave. We have special food needs that at times, require both. If stay again at a Microtel we’ll make the adjustments we need.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't for me but many enjoyed it. I would have liked more fresh fruit options. The location was very good. I enjoyed hiking the river walk and the racetrack. It was close to the historic district with many shops and restaurants and a farmers market.

I never checked in after my friend who also had a reservation for the same period called to tell me not to. Her daughter saw roaches in the bathroom. The place was so rundown. I thought getting a room in a hotel chain would guarantee my expected experience (a clean, safe place to stay). Pictures on site were misleading. Staff told me I could not cancel my two night reservation because it was booked through a third party. I found a place to stay but really disappointed given I need to find a regular place to stay when in town.

Close to town. Staff is super nice especially Tequila. She is friendly and personal. Beds and rooms are small. Little storage to unpack suitcases.
