Good size room, with kitchen facilities and bathroom with great shower and plenty of hot water. Only about 10 mins walk from the beach and town area but there is a shop with sufficient supplies only 3 mins walk away. Very pleasant pool area and you can also get drinks from their small bar. The family were welcoming and happy to help with any queries. It would be nice to have a couple of chairs and small table on the patio. Power and wifi occasionally a bit flaky but we did have a couple of storms that might have affected that.

Nice pool and bar serving cold drinks and coffee. Respect to the young daughters who were the only english speaking persons in the hotel. If I see the 10/10 reviews for this hotel, I have a suspicion I visited a wrong place! The reviews come from people from EU, UK etc, but this is miles away to match the EU standard and to even get 10/10 rating. No aircon in the kitchen where the bunk bed for the kids were placed, no window blinds either, only thin curtains. So the room was extremely hot and totally uninhabitable. We had to move the matraces into the bedroom in order not to fry our kids. Dirty sheets, only very basic kitchen equipment, no table or chairs on the balcony, so you could not use it. Terrible backyard view. All the furniture was very basic and dated. The appartment felt very not cozy at all. On our first day when the kids were swimming in the pool they started to complain about an "itching". As we found it was the water giving slight electrical shocks, so when I touched it, my hand got a kick and went numb for a sec. It took a while to convince the owner that this is wrong (he insisted it is OK), but after another family also refused to let the kids in, so he eventually called an electrician.

Close to everything in town. Parking on site. Nice pool. And most importantly amazing people who look after you more than any hotel I’ve been to before. Felt like being welcomed into their homes ? I liked everything

Cheap and cheerful. Property was clean, hosts were lovely and 15 min walk to the beach. Nothing.

Big rooms with all the stuff you would need all working fine. Quiet, and easy and quick walk to the sea and beachside restaurante. They allowed us to change our reservation without a fee. Good value Extremely difficult to find with no signage at street level ( there is a coloured lit up sign at night). No staff around with a little girl being used as the English speaker.

The room was very clean and the room was equipped with all utilities such as fridge or air conditioner. There was a nice big balcony and the location was 10min by foot from Himare center. The host was also kind and helpful.
