Right next to the Hirono train station. (By the way, Google maps shows you have to walk all the way down to the next street to cross the tracks to get to the hotel, but you can cross over the tracks by using the stairs and get there much more quickly). Very good breakfast and dinner. Nice public bath and rotemburo. Huge manga collection you can freely read. Nice spacious room. Only two coat hangers. The refrigerator in the room is very tiny and there aren’t any restaurants right nearby, so I highly recommend having breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

It was always my dream to explore this area of Japan, I had to cancel my trip in 2020 because of Covid but now I finally managed to get there. This is a recently built hotel near JR Hirono station so everything looks new. There's not much around the station but there is a convenience store that works until late. I had a room with a sea view, unfortunately the weather was cloudy so I couldn't see the sunrise properly but with the right weather it could be a good view. The breakfast is kinda on the small side compared to other hotels but it starts very early at like 4:30am so that might be useful. There is a public bath which is always a plus, I used it several times. There's also a dinner which is supposedly quite good but ended up never trying it.

Nothing to dislike...it was great!

The family room was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable we had our entire trip to Japan.

Nice Hotel.

Great hotel, well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and the meals were good too. The women's onsen is accessible only by a special key card which is very reassuring. Very easy to access by train (train station is opposite). It felt like it was catered more towards men - the men's bath area had a sauna, a water cooler and an outdoor onsen however the women's did not. There was no English on any of the restaurant area - the drink machine as well as the food labels were all in Japanese.

Amazing quality really luxurious hotel. Everything was perfect!

Incredible value for money! The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast and dinner varied and excellent and a big bonus, there was an onside onsen which was a joy, considering the really cold weather outside.

Booked very last minute, was able to get a booking at a good price. Did not really look at the listing or reviews much so the hotel really exceeded expectations given the late hour. Breakfast and sento was fantastic for the price. Booked a double room but the bed seemed a bit small for a double, more like a king single.

Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. The onsen and laundry facilities were great. Since we were travelling down the East coast of Japan, it was a convenient stop point between the Fukushima disaster memorial museum and the Hanunuki Gorge and Oiwa Jinja tourist destinations. The lift and corridors were a little hot and humid since they didn't seem to be air conditioned - just a minor thing and didn't detract from enjoying our stay.

The front desk staff was accommodating and prompt with food vouchers and information. The rooms were well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were reasonable and you could buy beer if you wanted. To be honest, there doesn't seem all that much around Hirono so the buffet meals seemed almost indispensable. The bath was western size and having the sink outside the bathroom area - but of course still in the room - was helpful to avoid crowding when getting ready. The convenience store close by was very useful for snacks and drinks. The train brought us there an hour early and we had to wait until 3pm check-in. This is quite understandable but Hirono itself doesn't really have that much to offer so travelers might need to schedule arrival accordingly.
