Nice staff at front desk. Very clean . I had a front room so had a window. Had everything I needed for one overnight stay.

The hotel was lovely, clean and the layout was perfect. Bed was super comfortable and it was great getting 4 pillows instead of two. Our room had a little table and L shaped lounge sitting area perfect. Bonus was the big TV and having access to Netflix courtesy of the Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially getting our luggage. Bathroom was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Saigon. Not applicable.

Close to the airport My 1st room didn’t have a window and my 2nd room had a shower that didn’t drain

Near the airport and have lots of shops nearby. The outside security guy was much helpful and friendly The facilities were very outdated and poorly maintained. The door and windows didn’t close properly and offered little soundproofing. The toilet seat was loose, and both the sink and bathroom drains were clogged. The air conditioner was extremely slow and made loud, unpleasant noises. We reported this to the staff, and although they came to check, no action was taken to fix the issue. There was also significant noise from nearby construction at the front of the property. Cleanliness was below standard, and despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke that was overwhelming upon arrival. Considering the price especially compared to other airport hotels, this stay was not good value for money at all.

The hotel had no room for me although i had booked ahead of time. I had to find another hotel at midnight in a new city and foreign country. Dishonest and non cooperative reception person. Very bad experience. Do NOT recommend this hotel. Nothing.

Close to airport, good breakfast Loud music during breakfast, just not my type of morning vibe, also construction nearby that started at 9am and was continuous for an hour. Not their fault, but difficult after short sleep

Our room was comfortable and we appreciated the city view from the 6th floor. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The local area had lots of food outlets, convenience stores and coffee shops. The breakfast buffet had limited choice, but was adequate. I was surprised, and disappointed, that the banh my was not fresh, and the coffee was not hot. There was not much space in our room for our 2 large suitcases.

Be aware there is no closet, just a few hooks to hang either towels or clothes. There is room to add more hooks. Hopefully, the management will do that in the future. As mentioned. The lack of hooks for hanging clothes or towels.
