Clean and comfortable. Good location and an incredible spa next door. A little expensive for Vietnam but was very happy with it.

The hotel is superbly located at the border of districts 1 and 3. Many things at walking distance. It has a well-equipped and clean gym. Two rooftop pools are excellent and clean. The European and Asian breakfast buffet has a good choice of breads, eggs, meats, vegetables and Asian dishes. The rooms can also be hired for long-term/apartment style living. The room had a fridge and a small separate freezer, a microwave, electric kettle, some kitchen utensils, cooking plate and frying pan. Also cockery and cutlery for two. Providing a small cooking pan rather than just a frying pan in the room would be useful. A bread knife would be useful too.

Very convenient to all surroundings but not noisy at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful with well spoken English plus well grooming very professional. We extended our stay to 14 days instead 6 days as original plans.

Had previously stayed at this property when it was Citadines. Enjoyed it thoroughly back then, and so I was a bit worried to discover it had changed owners. My concerns were unfounded, as the staff were excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and even the breakfast was very good. Nothing. All good.

Pool area was lacking seating/lounge chairs. Bed was a little uncomfortable for us. Our bathroom had an odd set up with shower water pooling around the edge of the tub and then pouring onto the floor.

Location Excellent customer service Clean Bad bathtub design that some water from showers go directly to the floor & makes it wet after showers. Very uncomfortable!!!

An awesome hotel, close to the major sights in Ho Chi Minh City. Our room was spacious, with more than enough storage space available, mini fridge, two pillows (which is always a big plus for me), air conditioned. Good and large bathroom. Breakfast was really good, they offer Vietnamese options, but also European products, with fresh eggs being prepared upon request. Delicious fruit selection and really good coffee. Friendly staff as well. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Only downside is that the rooms are not that quiet and the street noises get through. Just use some earplugs.

Clean confortable quiet for ho chi minh. Pool is nice. Gym is nice. Restaurant around are nice and mire local than district 1. Relatively central. Takes 10-15 minutes walk to cathédrale which is nice.

Everything is amazing starting from the warm welcoming of the staff, room was very clean, hotel location is amazing in the center about 10 min far away from everything & decent breakfast. Nothing at all
