The staff are AMAZING. So kind and so helpful. They made the hotel really stand out. The shower and toilet leaked onto the floor and repairs were done haphazardly. But most were just cosmetic things that didn’t affect much other than looks.

Clean, with a very nice breakfast and friendly staff who were always willing to help It’s not the property but the location - too may massage parlors with workers in front that try to grab you as you walk past.

Its a renovated hotel, most things were still very new! The pool and the upper terrace were great, the room clean and silent...had a great sleep. And its in area with a lot of Japanese places, next to the place is a great restaurant and also a nice street place for brekkie - we had a great time! It is also about 20-30min of a walk from the 'big square' and all the loud parts of HoChiMinh... not much to complaint - some floors r still under renovation, but if we wouldn't use the stairs we wouldn't even know.

Nice hotel, amazing staff. They even have a free to take fridge on the lobby with some refreshments. The breakfast was a bit poor, and didnt seem fresh.

Position. Friendly staff Extremely slippery. Bath/shower. The. Air con in the room. The shower screen allows water to flow onto bathroom floor. Could be easily fixed with 100ml plastic skirting with curved base.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night before returning home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small, despite being a deluxe room. This wasn't an issue for one night. There was some storage space and a mini fridge. Overall a quiet room, with a comfy bed, two pillows were provided (this is always a big plus for me), large bathroom. The breakfast was fine, a bit limited in my opinion, but it's enough to get you started for the day. Good location also.

The Service, hospitality and the people. Everything was good. No 2nd Thoughts. The Location was perfect. Breakfast needs to have more Vegetarian/Vegan options.

There was an issue with the shower there was no hot water, and when you take a shower, the water floods the entire bathroom due to a design problem. I also booked the most expensive room, but it turned out to be very small. When I asked the staff, they told me this was actually their largest room.

The hotel has a great location in District One, breakfast with a great variety and the staff really friendly. I got the room with no Window, it was ok.

Everything as advertised was correct. Great central location. For me it was ideal as I had some dental work done with Sydney Dental Clinic just a few kms away. The staff were all very accommodating and very friendly. Definitely recommend. Nothing.

The receptionist was very helpful, I arrived early and they still allowed me to check in quickly. The hotel isn’t luxurious but feels cozy, just as I expected for this range.

The location and the friendly staff. Iris and her team were very prof and always smiling and trying to make my stay the best A bit noisy on the first day, but it was a party everywhere then no more hustle

The location was very good, right in the centre of District One. A good selection of restaurants and bars in the location. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Good value for money. No issues with the room or room size. I would have liked fresh cooked eggs for breakfast as an option, but what was on offer was adequate.
