Bad room

We didn’t know that there is no window in the room

There were cockroaches in both rooms that I was offered. I didn’t stay.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay to get to the airport in 5 minutes

For under 500k (as of April 2025) you get a roll of the dice room. Our first room was clean, but shower head leaked to the point of terrible water pressure, and build up of the drain causing it to flood within a couple of minutes. Air conditioner was also weak. I asked to swap for a better room and an employee apologized, asked for us to just bear with it for one night, and they will swap me rooms tomorrow morning. After noon the next day I requested the swap, but it didn’t happen until evening. The room was still relatively clean except some mold in the bathroom. The shower head was perfect and draining was normal. But the air conditioner did not work. I told the employee that swapped us rooms (different than the one who apologized) and he seemed annoyed. Said he’ll walk with me to the room to investigate. After following me to the switched room, he stood there nonchalantly telling me to come back later when he’s done investigating. Fine, not like I should worry about my stuff being stolen or anything. I went out for dinner with the wife. Coming back later, its the other employee again who had better customer service. He said since he didn’t hear anything from his coworker, everything must be fine. It was not fine. There was literally zero air moving from the AC unit. My travel luggage scale has a built in thermometer and it read over 28 degrees C (over 82 F) even after being turned on and in the room for over 30 mins. I told him I’ll gladly take the refund for my remaining two nights (I had extended another night from my original 3 nights) and I’ll find another hotel. He immediately swapped me rooms. This last and final room we decided to keep. Air conditioner was ice cold. The shower head broken, but at least no flooding. Walls were dirty. Cob webs in the bathroom. We compromised. We shouldn’t need to. It is what it is. For about less than 500k (less than $20) a night, and for being about 5 mins from the airport via taxi, its a decent value.

It's 5 min drive to the airports. The room is spacious and the beds are big and comfortable. The TV is tiny and does not work properly. There is no safe.

Was great place to be in the middle of Hanoi unfortunately due to a late flight we didn’t get to explore as much as we wanted too. But it was a good affordable hotel x

We especially liked the helpful and very friendly staff. We were glad that they allowed us to stay in the room longer, until our flight.

Property is close to the airport and convenient to necessities. If you need to crash before or after your flight, it’s a great value to come here. The staff was very accommodating
