Terrible and nightmare service. They wanted my money only instead of caring for me as an exhausted client after a long flight. I showed up at the hotel at about 11pm on 07/06/23. The hotel receptionist and manager insisted me on cancelling the booking with Booking.com and made a new reservation directly with them with the price of 400,000 VND, instead of 264,600 VND. Of course, I didn't agree with them but they said there was no room for me if I didn't pay them 400,000. I asked why and they said it was booking.com fault to give me the wrong price. I said it was the business between the hotel and booking.com and that I had nothing to do with it. They wouldn't let me check in without giving them enough 400,000 VND. It was 11pm and I was so exhausted after a long flight, so I had no choice but pay them the amount and asked them to give the receipt as evidence. I also told them that I wouldn't cancel the booking with booking.com and would contact booking.com to sort it out. The next day, the hotel staff email booking.com and advised that I didn't show up at the hotel. The hotel was absolutely a nightmare to me and full of lies.

The location was the primary reason for choosing this hotel. It is near the airport and was within walking distance to the Wedding venue that we were attending. The plumbing (pipe) in the sink was leaking badly which caused the floor in the bathroom to be constantly wet. However, when this problem was reported to the staff they responded immediately.
