Couldn't find my booking after 15 minutes at 3am so then we just paid the $8 normal price for the room. So why even book here if we have to pay because they can't find the room anyways.... Lots of bugs in the room

They provide shower gel, toilet paper, shampoo. Great location near Jolliebee, GS25, Bach Hoa. Good water pressure & hot water. Vanity, closet & fridge in room. The girl at reception was friendly & helpful. Noisy, lots of traffic noise early in the morning. Cleaning could be better, we found rubbish in drawers & hair in bathroom. Better lighting, even with all the lights turned on it was dark. Awkward entry to hotel, can't use front door. In comparison to the quality of the other hotels in the area, the price range is high.

I work at the hotel company recently, so booked a Reservation to stay here. The staff here are also cheerful and quick. Clear and clean again. Quite enjoyed staying at this hotel Nope
