My experience at this hotel was very bad.

There were no kettles available unlike our previous visits. They're charging quite a bit more than usual at the moment making other hotel choices in the area look more attractive

The table top was not attached to the stand. The shower holder was broken. Maybe it was just my room. Most of all I was disappointed by the fact that the room that I booked was not available. Whether it is booking's fault or the hotel's fault I dont know, and to be honest I dont care.

Thach Binh was so helpful as a night manager. I arrived very late at night and he took me to get amazing bahn mi’s for dinner. Not only that but assisted me with a lot of side missions and restaurants. He was great company and overall a great person. The spa in the back was a nice addition too. It wasn’t as loud as I thought it was going to be. For the price this is good value, they do have a newer location about 5 minutes away

No breakfast provided. The hotel location is good, but bit noisy at night time as it is close to the bar street. The room rate is not very competitive as it only provides the most basic facilities.

Great location .right in centre of town . Clean , fast wifi .. Big park nearby and all the bars etc. rooms are quiet , away from the main road . Staff are very accommodating and spoke excellent English . All in great value for money

The staff extremely friendly and helpful welcome me as soon as I arrived and help me with all my check-in procedures. Great location plenty of food options and lots of local shopping to do all within walking distance even ATM machines are in close proximity perfect Great value great location great little place love it highly recommend and would come again for sure next time I visit. Nothing everything was great service was excellent they even provided laundry service for me and had it ready for me in time to leave.

All of the services are excellent and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable at a good price. The hotel is also surrounded by many places to hang out also with plenty of street food.
