Yoko Airport Saigon Hotel

None I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed. The Superior Twin Room I booked appeared smaller than the pictures on the web; it was uncomfortable. The beds are very hard, making it difficult for my kids to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was tiny-the distance between the toilet seat and the shower is only about 30cm, making it very cramped. The shower water pressure as also very weak and drained slowly. The room has two double beds but only two electrical outlets, which were barely enough for charging 4 phones and not sufficient for other devices such as Ipads. There is none mirror in the room and there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom for using a hair dryer. The biggest issue was the hotel's customer service. Before I even checked in, staff repeatedly texted me demanding payment and threatening to cancel my reservation if I did not pay immediately. This was despite the fact that my booking.com reservation clearly stated that payment would be made upon check-in. I had already informed the total that I would arrive between 4:00pm - 6:00pm, yet the staff continued to texted me multiple times, which felt like harassment. Overall, the room was uncomfortable, poorly designed, and the pre-arrival customer service was unacceptable. I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Very good smell, spacious

Hotel asked us to do the complete payment as our checkin is late. So we asked them to send complete details including IFSC code etc, but they didn't send complete details. They have just given one payment option and did not even help us as we had trouble doing the online payment. They gave us an option to cancel booking if payment is not done, because of which we had to cancel. Atleast they could give one more different option for payment or helped us in doing international payment.

Bathroom drain clogged up

Convenient to airport. Front desk makes it easy to check-in & out at the odd times to accommodate flights. Window would be nice.

Very different from photos. The drain in washing area is defective. Bath towels and face towels are on its wear and tear era.

The staff and property were amazing. People were very nice and helpful, even with my limited Vietnamese language. Their driver (Tony Whang I believe) even gave me recommendations for food and attractions in the area. The hotel is in the middle of all the attractions of Vietnam, but you may need a taxi to get to all the places. The beds were also a bit firm but this is just a personnel opinion.

The staff was nice. They gave me four free water bottles. Room 405 was not clean, shower room is dirty, and there is ants in the room. No phone in the room. The hallway smells like smoking grass.

It was super close to the airport and handy to get there. They gave you bottles of water that were nice and cold. Friendly staff Very weird bathroom, some would even say not usable. Uncomfortable bed and was loud and air con didn’t work

very close to airport, driving distance within 10mins; on scooter may be even faster. doesn't include breakfast but very easy to find food within walking distance. cold bottled water available at reception; staff very helpful and eager to help as much as possible. room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay including toothbrush, shampoo, hair dryer. first impression was not great as i tried to book an airport pick-up. but when I arrived they told me the car was too far away and wouldn't be able to pick me up, and a taxi cost double the amount. not much noise insulation - when people were walking up the stairs late at night i could hear it from my room. bed/mattress was quite hard/firmer than expected. but i was so tired i fell asleep anyway.

Very close to the airport, could have walked there if we were brave enough to cross the big roundabout under the flyover. Lots of convenience stores and places to eat outside the hotel. Room was clean.

We stayed one night before our morning flight. The stuff is very kind and helpful!

Good

The hotel is near the airport with many restaurants and shops around, so it is very convenient for early and late flights, as in my case. The room is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I booked "Premium Deluxe Room with Bathtub" with a window, but the actual room has no window, so it's like staying in a big box.

10 minute walk to airport (or $3.00 for taxi) area felt safe with plenty of shops and places to eat as well as street food. We will definitely be staying there again
