Location of it was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. They drove me to an ATM station to get cash and and waited for me and brought me back. I had no problem sleeping even when it is right on the strip.

Location to an event I was attending. A couple of things: Rice has 6 or 7 locations on same street. I was moved to a less favourable location than the one I reserved without notice. Very noisy until 3 in the morning. More importantly, someone broke my door down while I was sleeping. When I reported to front desk, the clerk said "sorry" and started to laugh and smile. No offer to investigate. No questions about my health or property . Just a laugh and a smile.

If you want to stay in the heart of HCMC, “Walking Street” for 1 night keep this place in Mind. Right where the action is above a great restaurant. Party and then stumble home It is clean and comfortable but small, as I was a solo traveler and it was for 1 night only it suited me. There is no lift and is noisy due to the location. The stairs, that is being picky

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good you can choose a coffee, meal and a dessert. Is located in the main street of district 1 so party is very close by. Most of it was super good, only issue no elevator and the room was a bit small in comparison to others hotels but good price quality balance
