Really don't like the way the Bathtub designed , water was all over the floor after a shower.

The breakfast was excellent with a great choice. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was also excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning at night blows onto your face, which is a little annoying.

Morning breakfast is good different soup every day the cook very pleasant and the days staff was very attentive and helpful thank you all Room has a slight odour when the air conditioning wasn’t on, key cards kept malfunction; I’ve issues with one of the key card they tried to reprogram it and wasn’t returned beck to me and when I check out they tried to charge me for lost key card lol not professional in this situation for guest experience.

The hotel was great! Check in was simple. Bellhop took my luggage to my room and set my room up for me. All staff had a smile and greeted you every time they saw you. They were so friendly and welcoming. My room was exceptional!! I stayed for 4 days in a King Suite. I was on 7th floor and had an amazing view of the city. I am usually picky about my rooms but this one was perfect! I loved it. Bathroom was roomy, the shower was excellent!! Water pressure and hot water on demand. General location was great! I had a scooter to get around town and was able to park below hotel. Will definitely stay again should I come back!!! Other than the general feel, appearance , the staff made me feel at home. The cost was perfect!! Really felt like a luxury stay! Highly recommended!! The only complaint i might have would be the TV programming. Didn’t really seem to work very well but I had a cable to connect to the TV so I could watch whatever from my computer streamed to the TV so no issue really.

Comfortable Too old towels Bath tub in Senior Luxury Double Room is badly designed. Water could overflow on the tub and flow down to the floor, this made the floor wet

The staff were very nice and friendly and the rooms were very good with netflix and youtube. very comfortable. if it wasnt for the construction I would give a 9 or 10 They had construction being done during my stay. Originally I was on the 4th floor and the noise was SO LOUD i couldnt even think. so I asked to changed to a higher floor, which they did and they were nice. But this still had a large impact on the quality of my stay.

Even they are charging for kid of 6 years. So cant travel with family and also staff not friendly. Kindly rethink before booking this hotel as the charges for kids is very expensive and also mentioned this while booking in booking. Com, still they have put charges.
