The staff are very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit. One slightly confusing thing is the location of the restaurant (lower ground floor) in relation to access by the hotel's three lifts.

I had a wonderful stay at Kin Central Park Saigon. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the spacious rooms and how thoughtfully they were designed. The staff were all friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back on my next trip to Saigon.

Shower cubicles no door/screen this completely wet broom floor. Toilets very poor operation. No need lamps. Beds blanket too small. .... and so on ! Staff, breakfast, cleanliness all good OK.

We were welcomed graciously by the night staff. The breakfast buffet was the least interesting of all the places we’ve seen in the last three weeks. Breakfast staff doesn’t clear plates as they are used from tables. (I am thinking this a North American view). The room 1201 has no shower curtain- again is this a North America view? I did like having the back alley view, much quieter with many interesting and hidden restaurants. Too bad we discovered on our last day in HCMC

The hotel was nice but the staff were the most unfriendly people in a hotel that I have ever encountered. The reception staff were beyond rude. The staff in the dining room at breakfast were unfriendly.

Everything about this hotel is normal EXCEPT the bathroom issues. Our room did NOT have shower stand. We had to sit down on the bathtub to take shower or water will be all over the place. There was NO shower curtain nor glass panel. Other regular rooms are the same. Only the tiny room have shower stand.
