We stayed only for a night as we were transiting through Ho Chi Minh airport, but we loved the spacious suite room. It was perfect for our requirements and we couldn't have asked them for more. The location is a high traffic area unfortunately, but overall it served our purpose. We had a slight confusion at the check in counter where the card was charged higher than the advertised room rate at the time of check in. After going back to speak to them, we were informed that it was just a temporary hold as a deposit, while the final amount will be cleared at check out. No issues, just a slight confusion between both parties or miscommunication.

Good quality rooms, bright, with a good desk set up in room for any work you may have to do. Breakfast area is on a dedicated floor, very spacious, airy and high ceilings with a good range of food options available. I didn’t experience anything negative about the property.

Location Unforgiving. Charged me twice for an accidental second booking. Just out for money with no consideration for the customer’s circumstances.

The staff was really, really great and helped us tremendously out of a sticky, really bad situation with a local taxi driver. Do NOT, no matter what, arrive in Saigon without a personal, pre-ordered taxi driver waiting for you. The grab app is great too, but really, pre-ordering a driver is the best. This was our third arrival at Saigon airport so we felt like we knew what we were doing....but we almost got screwed anyway. The staff really helped us out, translated, called the police in, and got us our money back. I never did figure out the pool situation...the pool was humungous, but I'm not sure who owned it. We were only in Saigon to catch a flight back to the states. This was not where we would stay for a Saigon vacation, touristic type situation, but it was PERFECT for a quick re-set after a long trip and the location near the airport was great.

Not good at all. High price for poor quality. A few issues: 1. Room not soundproof. You can hear the noise from the hallway and you can even hear noise through the ventilation system. We had to listen to someone coughing/vomiting from some other room, which came through the ventilation system. This is an issue, because here on booking, the hotel claims that the rooms are soundproof, so this is false advertising. 2. Pool area cannot be used by decent people and by children as a result of low-quality individuals being allowed by the hotel to use that space for cigarette smoking. Smoking should be banned in the pool area, especially because it should be safe to use for children. 3. The breakfast always left behind a stomach ache. There are probably ingredients that aren't cleaned properly. 4. Hotel restaurant (where the breakfast is also located) needs to establish rules in the area of polite behavior, such as 'No Loud Speaker'. I will never understand what goes on in the minds of people who enter a common area, such as a restaurant, and start broadcasting noise from their smartphone applications on full volume, disturbing the ambiance of everyone who is sitting in the same space. The complete disregard towards other people and the lack of the most basic of manners is something that doesn't belong in a decent hotel. The hotel doesn't take their role in correcting this type of behavior at all.

Property was a 10 minute Grab ride to the airport and we were flying out early (7:30AM international flight so heading to the airport at 4:15AM) so very convenient. Modern, well maintained hotel with restaurant on site that offers buffet or a La cart dinner.
