Cheap in rate. But Air ventilation management is not good in room.

No food services at the hotel . Room a bit small , staff are friendly and helpful , but good value for money . Location a bit hard to find , some taxi get lost ..only taxi that were booked from the hotel are not get lost , so the fees is cheaper , but if I booked taxi myself the fares were double as they go around and lost ..

The hotel is one street back from a busy market street. Has a great mix of quite but close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were small and unclean. The halls echoed and you could hear people coughing and moving in rooms at the other end of the proprty. The sheets were stained and dirty and the towels threadbare. This is a hotel that sells rooms by the hour. It would have been nice to know that and I would have booked somewhere else.The price on Booking.com was more than the advertised price on the sign at the front

stay there for a night not far from r the airport, have many cafe and restaurants near by. The room really dark, and dusty, find many hair in the bed ,alot of cigarette under bed floor, the air-conditioned are leaking water.

What i like? Maybe the air condition? But it was too cool. And I can’t even change the mode. Maybe staffs were kinda friendly. Almost everything else. The room is too small for the price, although we got around 50% discount but the discounted price was still not worth. The room was dirty, a little bit dusty and smelly. Dust was all over the counter. The bed at least feel comfortable but the position didn’t help because it was too big for the room and the AC blew direct to our face. At night, it was too cold although we changed to 25 degree but the AC couldn’t seem to listen. The bathroom was kinda dirty, the water smelled bad and not clean. The worst thing was that we got cockroach fly at our face at one night. I had to fight it 1v1 with my borrowed groom. The staff was sleepy and blamed each other for the event but that didn’t even help anything. The hotel room should be just for “guest house” not hotel level. The location was not that good either, although we were only 2km away from the airport but we got our grab cancelled quite a few time. I supposed that the difficult route to the hotel was the problem? Oh and one last thing, hotel didn’t give you free water and that charged 4x price compared to outside source. Thanks and hope you guys improve because i kinda like the staffs and want them to succeed.

The price is pretty fair for these kind of 2 star hotel. I am really impressed with the receptionist. She is kinda nice and helpful. The overall facilities of hotel is quite new. It is affordable. There is a smell in the room which made me uncomfortable. The hotel did not give us free water bottle as they advertised it is included for guest.
